Local Actress Featured in New Movie

Eight year old actress, Kayleigh Finnegan, stars in the new movie “Shattered”

The Lowell Elementary School student plays the sister of an unstable boy in a southern political family with a sinister past.

Kayleigh says acting is work, ” work is involved because you then have to be home-schooled and there is still work involved in the movie”. but it’s also fun.

” I know it’s fun, basically a fun version of work”.

Finnegan has appeared in local theater productions and various television commercials, Shattered will be her first feature film.

The movie is scheduled for release on October 1st.
