Maggie’s is a great little hole-in-the-wall, featuring a great beer list, beer-knowledgeable staff, good pub grub and, on Fridays, amazing pies and occasionally an equally amazing dessert.

But let’s be clear, the food is secondary – you come to Maggie’s for the beer and the people.

The staff at Maggie’s are always friendly and attentive although when it’s is crowded, they’re super busy, so you’ll probably need to order at the bar rather than wait for someone to come to your table to serve you.

This is a very minor first-world problem, and if this kind of thing bothers you, there are chain restaurants nearby where you’ll feel more at home.

Maggie’s has the feel of a neighborhood pub and you’re likely encounter a group of friends, a mom’s group, or an after-work unwinder during your visit.

Born from the ashes of the old Frank ‘n Stein, Maggie has brought craft beer deliciousness to this tiny burg.

The place is tiny, but in a cozy sort of way.

There are a few tables up front and tucked in the back of the bar along with the dart board.

A large screen television is hanging above the bar and showing seasonal games.
